The Panay Christmas Village 2020 was officially opened to the public on Wednesday night, November 18 amid the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Visitors are welcomed by a captivating array of colorful lights and small christmas houses while Christmas tunes are played in the background.
The Panay town lies just 20-30 minutes away from the heart of Roxas City, the province's capital. It is accessible through a tricycle ride or by taking a public van bound to the town of Pontevedra (just tell the driver to drop you off at Panay town plaza). You may also hire your own tricycle for faster transport.
The Panay Christmas Village is for free to everyone although this year we have to follow strict health protocols as we're still battling against the corona virus.
